  ecognizing the future value in undeveloped land has been a strong point for Grossman Company Properties. GCP has amassed several thousand acres over the years permitting various uses on the land until such a time as the parcels are ready for development.
To add interest and value to a project in Boise, Idaho, Grossman began its own cooperative with the local residents taking part in the cultivation, planning and harvesting of produce, much of which was sold to local markets, as well as used by the residents.
 PJC Ranch, located 35 miles southwest of Phoenix, Arizona was purchased by Grossman in the 1970s and for several decades produced cotton and jojoba crops. This land was eventually sold for commercial and residential development.
